Led a team of 22 designers and architects overseeing the end-to-end design and implementation of new café, Drive-Thru, and Pick-Up formats—from site planning and schematic design through design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Averaged 95 new store builds annually. Also directed a robust renovation program, collaborating cross-functionally to scope, design, and execute over 150 projects per year. Total project responsibilities averaged 250 to 300 projects annually across the region all phases from concept to execution in partnership with Construction and Facilities teams.
